DAY 2 CAIRO: Upon arrival in Cairo, our tour representative
will meet you and assist in your transfer
to the five stars Meridian Grand Pyramids Hotel. .

DAY 3 CAIRO: After a pleasant breakfast you will meet at the lobby for a
full day tour visiting the Giza
Pyramids. Examine Cheops' Great Pyramid, 4,500 years old, and 13 acres at its
base. Enter the
inner burial chambers. Explore the pyramids built by Mycarinus and Chepheren and
beware the mighty
Sphinx protector of the Pharaohs. After lunch you will visit the Egyptian Museum
with its magnificent artifacts.
Room gallery after gallery and be amazed at the objects. Enter the mummy room
where many of the 18th and
19th Dynasty Pharaohs lie in rest. Return to your hotel for overnight. (B,L)

DAY 4 CAIRO / LUXOR / NILE CRUISE: After breakfast meet at the lobby of the
hotel to be transferred
to Cairo Domestic Airport for the flight to Luxor. Upon arrival in Luxor,
transfer to your 5 day/4 night Nile
Cruise. Visit the east bank of the Nile to see the famous Karnak Temple-Complex,
built by generations of
Pharaohs over a 2,000 year period. Continue to the Avenue of the Sphinxes and
the exquisite Temple of

DAY 5 NILE CRUISE: After breakfast on-board, visit the most important area
of the Nile by crossing to
West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings and Queens where the tombs of the

Valley of the Queen to visit the
temple of Queen Hatshepsut then Colossi of Memnon before returning to the cruise
ship for dinner and

DAY 7 NILE CRUISE: This morning visit the Kom Ombo the Temple built for

afternoon sail on the Nile by Felucca around Kitchener's Island. Diner and

DAY 8 ASWAN / LAKE NASSER CRUISE: After breakfast this morning you will be
transferred to your
Lake Nasser cruise. Visit the Kalabsha temple originally an Egyptian Temple it
was remodeled into the Greco Roman
style and dedicated to the God Mandoulis. Continue your visit to Hemi-Speos of
Beit El Wadi erected by
Ramses II in the beginning of his reign and the Kiosk of Kertassi, erected to

DAY 9 LAKE NASSER CRUISE: Sail to Wadi Seboua and visit the Temple, which

DAY 10 LAKE NASSER CRUISE: Visit the Temple of Dakka dedicated to the God Thot

includes the Temple of Amada the XVIII dynasty, built during the reign of
Thotmosis III, Amenophis III and
Thotmosis IV. Visit the temple of Derr dedicated by Ramses II, and the tomb of
Penout, viceroy of Nubia.

DAY 11 LAKE NASSER CRUISE: Sail to Kasr Ibrim. During the Pharaonic period,
this hill was dominated
by a citadel and throughout the Medieval era, the summit of the Hill was
dominated by a cathedral of which
can still admire some Roman arches. Continue to Abu Simbel. After lunch visit
the colossal Temple of Abu Simbel
carved from solid rock in 1235 B.C. by the great pharaoh Ramses II. Besides
stands the Temple of Athor, honoring
the pharaoh's wife, Nefertati. Return to the cruise ship for a candlelight
