DAY 1 Arrive in Cairo where we are met and transfer to the four stars Oasis hotel.

DAY 4 Today we explore Petra. It was established sometime around the 6th Century BC and was a commercial empire that was inhabited until the 13^th Century AD. Today it is the major tourist attraction in Jordan and it was the location of the lost city in the Indiana Jones movie, "The last Crusade". Return to the hotel. B.B

DAY 5 Today we drive to Wadi Rum, site of the movie "Lawrence of Arabia" Many consider it the most beautiful desert in the world. We take a two hours jeep tour of this remarkable place. Next we drive to the Dead Sea and check into our luxurious four star resort. The day is free for your enjoyment. Swim or be pampered in one of the luxury spas. B&B.

DAY 7 AMANN/JERASH/CAIRO
Today we tour the city of Jerash, the best representation of the grandeur of imperial Rome, still in existence. The city was occupied from the Neolithic age until the abandonment of the city, at the end of the roman empire. It features many of the best preserved and largest number of roman buildings from the ancient world. To this day, its paved and colonnaded streets, soaring temples, theaters, spacious public squares and plazas, and gates remain in exceptional condition. The history of Jerash is a blend of the Greco-Roman and Arab world. In the afternoon we transfer to the Amann Airport for our flight to Cairo. We check into the Oasis hotel. This afternoon we visit Khan El Khalili Bazaar, the oldest market in Egypt. It was built in the 14^th Century. Everything is for sale and it is great for last minute shopping. The evening is free. You might enjoy the Sound and Light show at the Pyramids or a tour of Cairo’s nightlife. B.B

DAY 8 After breakfast we transfer to the Cairo Airport for our flight to JFK. (B)
