8 DAY TOUR OF ITALY

DAY 1 – VENICE: Arrival and we transfer to the hotel on our own. The rest of the day is free.

.DAY 2 – VENICE: Breakfast at the hotel. Morning walking tour visiting  the Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, St. Mark’s Square and Cathedral. Afternoon at leisure. Return to the hotel.

 DAY 3 – VENICE, FLORENCE: Breakfast at the hotel. We transfer to the train station on
our own for departure by train for Florence. We check into our hotel.

DAY 4 – FLORENCE: Breakfast at the hotel. Day at your disposal. See the sites (optional tours of Pisa, Siena,  San Gimignano ).

DAY 5 – FLORENCE / ROME: Breakfast at the hotel and morning tour visiting the Duomo, the Baptistery with the golden doors by Ghiberti, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Academy of Fine Arts with the original statue of “David” by Michelangelo, Piazza della Signoria. Late afternoon (4:00 - 4:30 p.m.) we depart by bus for Rome. We check into our hotel.

DAY 6 – ROME: Breakfast at the hotel. We are picked up for our morning tour. We will visit: Moses’ Fountain, Naiadi’s Fountain, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, (except on Monday), Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’ Angelo, St. Peter’s Basilica and Vatican City. the afternoon is free for you to explore, at leisure. Return to the hotel.

DAY 7 – ROME: Breakfast at the hotel. Full day free for personal activities and optional sightseeing. Return to the hotel.
