DAY 1 SAINT CATHERINE'S MONASTERY
 Depart Cairo and drive to the Suez Canal. Take the tunnel under the Suez Canal and
arrive at the Sinai Peninsula. We drive to Saint Catherine's Monastery and check into
the Morgen Lake Village Hotel. Built at the foot of Mount Sinai, the monastery was
constructed by the Emperor Justinian between 527 AD and 565 AD. It contains
priceless works of art and the second largest collection of illustrated manuscripts
in the world. The monastery has a small 10th or 11th century mosque built to appease
Muslim authorities at the time. With its' rich history, St. Catherine's Monastery
is referred to as the undiscovered jewel of travel. The evening is free B&B

DAY 2 MT. SINAI

Early wake up for those who wish to climb the Mountain of Moses. Its is the site where
Moses received the stone tablets on which the ten commandments where written.
We return to tour Saint Catherine's Monastery. We return to Cairo and check into
the hotel. The evening is free. B&B.

DAY 3 CAIRO/HOME
We check out of the hotel and transfer to the Cairo airport for our flight home. B
